Our made-to-order approach, central to our sustainability commitment, defines the delivery process. By crafting items only after an order is placed, we prevent overproduction, reduce waste, and minimize environmental impact. Production typically takes a few days, after which you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. Shipping times are as follows:
- Austria: 2 Business Days, 6.99 €
- European Union: 2-5 Business Days, 12.99 €
Returns
Products with visible damage caused by transport may be replaced upon verification, subject to the submission of photographic evidence immediately after delivery. Please note that minor imperfections or natural variations characteristic of the production process are not covered by the return policy. Before shipping, each product is carefully inspected to ensure it is free of damage and meets our high-quality standards.
